The Virginia City Highlands Property Owners' Association is a volunteer-run organization. There is no paid office staff; there is no office! Because of that, it's easiest to make contact via email. People with full-time "other" jobs can respond to the email in their "spare" time.

The Association does maintain a phone line just for voicemail messages. If email just won't work for you, feel free to leave a voice message. But please understand that there might a slight delay while a volunteer picks up your message, then finds a time that will be convenient for him or her and you.
