The terms of three members of the board will expire this summer. Ray Robbins, our current secretary, has served for the last two years and due to a busy work schedule will not be running again. Mary Stewart, our treasurer and former secretary, has put in four years and is termed out. Applications are being solicited for association officers. The officer nomination form is available here. Self-nominations are customary.
If these positions remain vacant, officers will be appointed.

The Board of Directors consists of five members elected by members of the Association at the Annual Meeting. The Board is responsible for the management of the Association. The directors serve a two year term and with two directors being elected in even years and three directors being elected in odd years. Any member who has served two complete 2-year terms is not eligible to succeed him/herself.
The Board of Directors meets monthly on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. The meetings take place at the fire station located at the corner of Cartwright Road and Lousetown Road.
