Monthly Meeting Minutes

December 14, 2004


 

PRESENT: Thomas and Armour

 

  1. CALL TO ORDER AND APPROVE MEETING AGENDA

Temporary President Thomas called the regular meeting of the VCHPOA Board of Directors to order at 7:05 P.M., at the Virginia City Highlands Firehouse.  On a motion by Thomas, seconded by Armour, it was decided that a quorum not being present, no formal business would be transacted at the meeting and all business and decisions would be deferred to the next regularly Board Meeting.

 

  1. COMMENTS BY ASSOCIATION MEMBERS & DISCUSSION OF COMMENTS

 

    1. Cecilia Lay- spoke about snow and mud berms in front of driveways resulting from snow plowing.

 

  1. FINANCIAL REPORT
    1. Thomas reviewed the financial reports (see attachments)
    2. Thomas and Armour approved necessary disbursements and signed associated checks.

 

4.     COMMITTEE REPORTS

a.      Cindy Rodgers presented Architectural Committee report.

 

On a motion by Thomas, seconded by Armour, the meeting was adjourned at 8:30 P.M.
