Minutes – July 6, 2010

I. Rita Lumos called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.  Moore, Glazier, Reynolds, and Lumos were present.

II. A motion by Reynolds, seconded by Glazier, to approve the minutes of the June 1, 2010 meeting was approved unanimously.

III. New Business

A. Review plans in order of sign-in

1. Chris Warnke presented plans for a fence to be constructed on Lot 24, Block H, 2569 Cartwright Road.  The fence will be post and wire with the addition of cedar planks on a portion of the east side yard.  The plans were approved.  No fee was applicable.

2. Gregg Stratemeier presented plans for a fence to be constructed on Lot 48,  Block I, 21510 Dortort.  The fence will be post and rail.  Some driveway modification will be done and trees removed within the fire safe clearing area and driveway.  The plans were approved.  No fee was applicable.

3. Richard J. Johnson requested a change of roofing material for a recently approved residence on Lot 22A, Block H, 2549 Cartwright.  Rather than the metal roof originally planned the material will be trilaminate shingle in the same color.  Mr. Johnson will also install an 8’ X 8’ Tuff Shed on the lot.  The application was approved.  No fee was applicable.

B. No violations of the governing documents were brought to the board’s attention.

IV. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:20 pm
