Minutes – April 6, 2010

I. Chairman Lewis called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.  All members were present.

II. Since there was no business in March, there were no minutes to approve.

III. New Business

A. Review plans in order of sign-in

1. Meg Valiquet presented an application for a Tuff Shed to be installed on her property, Lot 57, Block K, 2140 Conestoga Road.  The shed will be 12’ X 16’.  The color of the siding will be Meadowlark Green and the roof will be brown composition shingles.  The color will match the color of the existing house on the lot.  The plan was approved and a fee of $75 paid by check number 9065.

B. No violations of the governing documents were brought to the board’s attention.

IV. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:50 pm
