Minutes - January 3, 2008
I. Call meeting to order: Past chairman Bill Lewis called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.
II. Members attending: Present were Bill Lewis, Bob Moore, and Rita Lumos. Fox and Biederman were out of town for the holidays.
III. Approve December 4, 2007 minutes: A motion by Moore, seconded by Lumos to approve the minutes of the December meeting was approved unanimously.
IV. New Business
Lorrie Reber inquired about the possibility of moving a house from Reno to the Highlands. She provided pictures of the existing house and the proposed siding for the home if and when relocated. The roof pitch is less than the required for the area and will require a variance. Ms. Reber is going to gather more information on Storey County requirements, prepare a site plan, and appear at the February board meeting for a decision on the request.
No violations were brought to the attention of the committee.
V. Other business members wish to discuss: No other business was discussed.
VI. Adjourn: The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 pm.
