Minutes - December 4, 2007

I. Call meeting to order:  Chairman Fox called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.

II. Members attending: Those attending were Walter Fox, Bob Moore, Andy Biederman, and Rita Lumos

III. Approve November 6, 2007 minutes:  A motion by Moore, seconded by Biederman to approve the minutes was approved unanimously.

IV. New Business

A. Review plans in order of sign-in

1. Joe O’Brien, represented by contractor Bill Hansen presented plans for a 7,000 + sq. ft. house on Lots 137 & 138, Block M, 1940 Morgan Road.  The house is mountain style in design and will be tan (Coconut) Hardy siding with a tan composition roof.  The plans were approved and a fee of $500 was paid by check number 199.

2. Tom Eilersen presented plans for a 2352 sq. ft. house on Lot 47, Block K, 21490 Sazarac Rd.  The residence will have tan fiber cement siding with green and cypress trim and a clay colored metal roof.  The plans were approved and a fee of $500 paid by check number 1108.

B. Possible violation of the CC&R’s:  No violations were brought to the committee’s attention.

C. Time and date of next meeting:  Since the normal date for the January 2008 meeting falls on New Year’s day, it was decided to meet on Wednesday, January 2 if the room is available and Bill Lewis is able to attend.  It’s likely that some members will be out of town at that time.

V. Other business members wish to discuss:  No other business was discussed.

VI. Adjourn:  There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 8:30 pm.
