Call meeting to order
II.
Chairman Fox called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.
III.
Members attending were Walter Fox, Bob Moore, and Rita Lumos. Andy
Biederman was out of town and unable to attend.
IV.
Approve October 2, 2007 minutes
V.
A motion by Moore, seconded by Lumos to approve the minutes of the
October 2, 2007 minutes was approved unanimously.
VI.
New Business
A. Review
plans in order of sign-in
1.
Paul & Debbie Brunner presented an application to build a cedar
fence on the rear portion of their lot at 2595 Cartwright Road, Lot 20, Block G. The plan was approved. No fee was charged.
2.
Bruce Burke presented plans for a detached garage on Lot 67, Block K, 2243 Cartwright Road. The garage will be 1942 sq. ft., will match the existing house with
cedar and stone siding and a black composition roof. The plan was approved and
a fee of $74 was paid by check number 4163.
3.
Tom Eilersen presented a grading plan showing a retaining wall to be
built on Lot 47, Block K, 21490 Sazarac. Storey County is requiring a hammer
head be built near the building pad in order to accommodate emergency
vehicles. The retaining wall is part of that construction. No approval was
necessary from the committee for this work.
4.
Rita Lumos presented plans for a garage addition and remodel on Lot 38A, Block I, 2413 Cartwright Road. The addition will be 480 sq. ft. and match the
existing house. A fee of $75 was paid by check number 1255. Ms. Lumos did not
vote on this item.
5.
Plans were presented for Amy Vasquez for a cedar rail fence in the rear
yard of Lot 2, Block G, 2240 Lousetown. The plan was approved. No fee was
charged.
B. Possible
violation of the CC&R’s
No possible violations were brought
to the committee’s attention.
VII.
Adjourn
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned
at 8:30 pm.
