Chairman Fox called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.
Those present were Walter Fox, Robert Moore, and Rita Lumos. Andy Biederman had been called out of town due to a death in the family.
A motion by Moore, seconded by Lumos to approve the minutes of the June 5, 2007 meeting was approved unanimously.
1. Paul Jorgensen presented plans for a deck and second story sun room addition to a residence at 21870 Adobe Road, Block H, Lot 39. The siding will be aluminum, sandstone in color. The plans were approved and a fee of $75 charged.
2. Karen Fontaine presented plans for a new 1288 sq. ft. residence at 21340 Graves Lane, Block U, Lot 45. The siding will be stained wood with a green composition roof. The plans were approved and a fee of $500 paid.
There has been a complaint about a white fence being installed on Adobe Road. The committee recommends the complaint be carried to the board of directors for their consideration.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 8:00 pm.
