IV. NEW BUSINESS
A. Review plans
in order of sign-in:
1.
Paul and Debbie Brunner
presented plans for a new residence at 2595 Cartwright Road, Lot 20, Block G.
The residence will be 1750 sq. ft. with a 650 sq. ft. garage area. It will
have Hardy board siding, a dark reddish brown color (County Lane) with some stone
facing and almond color trim. The roof will be a brown shingle (Barkwood).
The plans were approved and a fee of $500 paid by check number 4959.
2.
Jeff Cox is replacing the roof
on his residence at 2320 Enterprise, Lot 68, Block I. The roof will be
composition shingles and green in color, a change from the current color. The
application was approved. No fee was assessed.
3.
Robert Benkovich presented plans
for a Tuff Shed outbuilding on his property at 2105 Silverado Road, Lot 172,
Block M. The shed will be 12’ X 16’ and will match the current color of the
residence. Brochures were attached showing the color scheme and details of the
proposed outbuilding. The application was approved. No fee was assessed.
4. Susan Payne presented an application for a temporary
shed at 22190 Clemons, Lot 68, Block N. The shed has been started, but not
completed. Her adult son is in the military and the shed is for the purpose of
storing his belongings until he finishes his tour of duty. There was concern
about the shed being too close to the road. This is in an area where the road
is not within the easement due to a rock outcropping. The shed is the
appropriate distance from the easement, but not from the constructed road. Ms.
Payne said that the shed could be moved further back when her son returns from
duty.
Ms. Payne also noted that a wheel chair ramp is being
constructed to the house to accommodate her husband’s needs.
The application was approved. No fee was assessed.
B. Possible violations of the CC&R’s.
No violations were reported.
V. Adjourn
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned
at 8:30 pm.
Respectfully
submitted,
Rita M.
Lumos, member
