Minutes - February 6, 2007, 7:30 pm

Fire Station Training Room

I. Call the meeting to order.

Chairman Lewis called the meeting to order at 7:40 pm.   

II. Members attending:

Present were members Bill Lewis, Robert Moore, Andy Biederman, and Rita Lumos.  Member Walter Fox was absent.  A quorum was present.

III. Approve January 2, 2007 Minutes.

A motion by Moore, seconded by Lumos to approve the minutes of the January 2, 2007 meeting was approved unanimously.

IV. NEW BUSINESS

A. Review plans in order of sign-in.

Mr. Biederman presented plans for a residence at 21635 Dortort, Block J, Lots 27 and 28.  He recused himself from any action on this application.  The plans are for a 2843 square foot home with stucco siding, tan in color, and a brown composition roof.  The plans complied with all requirements and were approved.

B. Possible violations of the CC&R’s.

No possible violations were brought to the attention of the committee.

V. Other business members with to discuss.

Mr. Lewis again stated that he hoped to step back from chairmanship of the committee.  Election of new officers may take place at the March meeting.

VI. Adjourn

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:00 pm.
