Minutes – January 2, 2007

Fire Station Training Room

I. Call the meeting to order.

Chairman Lewis called the meeting to order at 7:40 pm.

II. Members attending:

Members present were Bill Lewis, Walter Fox, and Rita Lumos

III. Approve December 5, 2006 Minutes.

Upon a motion by Fox, seconded by Lumos, the minutes were approved as presented.

IV. NEW BUSINESS

A. Review plans in order of sign-in.

No applications were presented for approval.

B. Possible violations of the CC&R’s.

No complaints have been received.  The committee was informed that the travel trailer cited in the November complaint had not yet been removed.

V. Other business members with to discuss.

Rita Lumos reported that a notice had been posted on the association web site asking for volunteers.

VI. Adjourn

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:50 pm.
