I. Call the meeting to order.

Chairman Lewis called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.

II. Members attending:

Members present were Bill Lewis, Robert Moore, Walter Fox, and Rita Lumos

III. Approve November 7, 2006 Minutes.

Upon a motion by Fox, seconded by Moore, the minutes were approved as presented.

IV. NEW BUSINESS

A. Review plans in order of sign-in.

1. Karlyn McPartlin presented an application for a three rail cedar fence which will surround her back yard. The property is at 2440 Lousetown Road, Lot 18, Block G. The application was approved; no fee is necessary for a fence.

B. Possible violations of the CC&R’s.

No complaints have been received. The committee was informed that the complaint from the prior meeting has been presented to the board and the owner notified.

V. Other business members with to discuss.

Chairman Lewis again stated that he would like to step down as chairman at the first of the year 2007. A new committee member should be recruited.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:00 pm.
