I. Call the meeting to order.

Chairman Bill Lewis called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm. Committee members in attendance were Chairman Lewis, Robert Moore, Walter Fox, and Rita Lumos.

II. Approve July 6, 2006 Minutes

A motion by Moore, seconded by Lewis to approve the minutes as submitted was approved unanimously.

III. New Business

A. Review plans in order of sign-in.

Plans for construction were reviewed as follows:

1. James and Stacy Sipaila applied to change the siding on their previously approved residence at 1311 Calaveras from Hardy Board to tan colored stucco with stone trim. Samples of the stone and of the stucco color were presented to the committee. The application was approved. No fee was charged.

2. Marie Schweitzer applied to change the exterior finish of her previously approved residence at 2180 Sullivan Road to stucco in a golden tan color, with white windows. A paint chart was provided. The application was approved. No fee was charged.

3. Colleen Brownwell applied to build a solid six foot high cedar fence along her back property line. The fence will not extend along the side lot lines. A picture of the proposed fencing was provided. The application was approved. No fee was charged.

B. Possible violations of the CC&R’s.

The committee was not aware of any new violations.

C. Other business members with to discuss.

The committee members had no further business to discuss.

IV. Adjourn

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
