MINUTES

1.    Called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M.
Members present: Stephen Musser and Cindy Rogers

2.    Motion made to approve December 7, 2004 Minutes by Stephen Musser and seconded by Cindy Rogers.

NEW BUSINESS:

New plans reviewed - in order of sign in sheet.

1.     Dana and Tammy Sparkes, 21575 Colt, Lot 23, Block K.
New residence. 4200 Square feet - 2 floors with basement. Siding: Prairie Dust (Tan) wood unless stucco is approved by time of building with a natural stain wood trim and stone facia in front and back with a green metal roof.
Approved. (Approval contingent on getting third signature on plans... this has been done, Walley Corey reviewed and signed.)
Paid $100.00, Check # 121

Total Collected: $100.00 for one new residence.
