The Meeting was called to order by Chairman Corey @ 7:10 P.M.

The Payroll Report was signed by all attending members.

1. Plans, changes, alterations received for Review…

Dennis Bauer, 287-A, 2031 Saddleback Rd. Metal Roofing specified on plans to be changed to Class "A" fiberglass shingles; to match existing house roofing, brochure furnished. Motion to approve by Don I, seconded by Jim V., Unaminous.. No Fee… Recorded Lot Consolidation Record furnished for file.

Tom Bickert Lot 310 Block M 2030 Applegate Rd. A plan book of Dome type structures was submitted for concept only. No plans were submitted… A letter to be sent to Bickert, referring him to the C.C.&R.s. and Guidelines and that we must have plans submitted for our Review, before the Committee can issue any approvals…. Check #2035(LaSalle-Chicago) $100.00 to be returned with letter….

Barbara Smith, Lots 20,21, Block N 1980 Lousetown Rd. 1500 s.f residence w/660s.f. basement and 840 s.f. garage.
