  1. The Meeting was called to order at 7:18 P.M. by Chairman Corey

  2. The Payroll Report was signed by all attending members.

  3. Plans received for review:

  1. Eric Loyer-Barn- 2140 Cartwright Rd. 3A-L, Reconsider siding color. Request to be same color as residence (off white-cream) House nor barn visible from street. Approved Unam. $50.00 was paid at previous meeting.

  2. Jim Watson-Garage-2233 Cartwright Rd. 64-K, Approved unam. Paid $25.00 # 2532.

  3. Norman Moore-Horse stable & tack room- 2489 Cartwright Rd. 1 l-H, Approved unam. $25.00, To send check.

  4. Discussion on a possible recommendation to the Board for a violation fine was deferred until our Oct. meeting since Richard Knapp was not present. He had brought in his association regulations for our review. We felt it more proper to discuss the the conditions when Richard was present.

  1. The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 P.M., motion by Jim V., Seconded by Don Ingram. Unam.
