(NRS.116.3108 Section 2 (a).) All property owners have the right to speak at the meeting during "Comments by Association Members".  In the event a scheduled meeting is cancelled due to weather, fire, or other emergency, the meeting will be scheduled for the following available Tuesday (Scheduled meeting room availability precedence applies.).
