The Virginia City Highlands Property Owners' Association is a non-profit corporation whose purpose is to protect and further the interests of property owners in Virginia City Highlands, Unit 1, Storey County, Nevada (popularly known as the "1-acre lots"). The Association is solely operated by volunteers. It does not maintain an office, and does not have paid office personnel. There is a phone line to leave voicemail messages, but the preferred method of communication is via email. The Association has used reasonable efforts to verify the information on this website, however it does not guarantee the accuracy of any of the information contained herein. Picture by Dale Morgan Board of Directors' Meetings The Board of Directors meets monthly on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. The meetings take place at the fire station located at the corner of Cartwright Road and Lousetown Road. The meetings are open to property owners and invited guests. Click on this link to get a copy of the meeting agenda via email each month. You will need to reply to a confirmation message. You can also get a copy of the minutes of the last meeting here. You can send an email message to all members of the board (who have email) at once by sending your message to Board@vchpoa.org. Architectural Committee The Architectural Committee meets monthly on the 1st Tuesday of the month at 7:30 p.m. The meetings take place at the fire station and are open to property owners and invited guests. Annual Meeting The Annual Meeting of the Association takes place at a date and time set by the Board (usually in July).
